After 13 weekends in South Jersey, we can put a dead end road. retention basin and a 12-acre lot topographical, drainage and sanitation in fact all the new models back CADD system. Computers are hard to find at the moment. If you can think of this story, my school only had 25 teams for more than 8,000 students during the transition to personal computing. You do not have to use a digital punch cards of this type of drilling equipment, is only one card for each line of programming in Fortran, grouped by elastic and placed in boxes in the alphabet wall. An hour later, you come back do not expect to miss a punch card that does not work and the ability to print the reading error. This is a bar in a room stacked 4 deep. I was lucky that my parents were members of an architect and an engineer mentor and have learned to use the new CAD system to engineer a housing development site. I was so excited, so that every weekend, I like to stay at home mom of my partner cook Italian meals out of this world after 12 hours days. No matter, because I found a mentor to teach the genius of the practical perspective. Theory put into action before hitting the streets all wet behind the ears. I was even happier than my parents understand the chaos and the lab has helped me get my first IBM XT with two floppy drives. It is a grand slam, and I could make my work at home and not have to spend enormous hours and travel to school, sleeping in the hallway, literally, to take a nap waiting to feel with our fingers crossed . Finally installed a more cards to reach 256k enormous tension and possibly a 20 MB hard disk instead of the 2nd disc. Those were the days. Well, let me go down in history that really is to have mentors who will give you the ability to mirror and there is no model of success in order to avoid re-inventing the wheel instead of simply following the steps of a good mentor. Over the past 26 years, I had the opportunity to be trained and work alongside the biggest developers in the world. Sometimes I assume that the projects that I managed to finish, because I have always been great for my practice projects New York and New Jersey Port Authority on the World Trade Center in 1983 and thought of this figure has been systematically . Standards around me has always been high. It was like being in the Navy training in real estate development and raised in my first year at Lehrer McGovern Bovis, the # 1 management company in the world, Pete Marchetto, the CEO of my executive mentor who wanted to emulate John Norris The legendary Olympia York Senior Vice President in charge of construction for the Financial District of New York, Canary Wharf in London, which taught me to construct a building, Robert Sanna, Vice-President of Forest City Ratner, which put me in all Test and thank him, because he handles the most important projects in the City of New York and today their knowledge and training has been invaluable. They are the mentors who inspired me to see the picture. Over the years, I have always wanted to know about civil engineering, construction and achieve salvation revolutions of property development and has an understanding of the process through many other mentors who taught me the details at the base, screws, plumbing and finishing process, contracts, project management, emotions, the life you want. Then it clicked one day. . . I can do with the greats. It is very simple in three steps 1. Find a mentor who can provide a monitoring system because the word means that the autonomous power system saves time and money. 2. Change your belief system - making it easier and you can do 3. Take wise, calculated and consistency. I did it because it is difficult to find someone who will teach you that Donald Trump does not want you to know, my combined knowledge and experience in commercial real estate and development of the distribution system which was used in major projects in the city of New York and my $ 14. $ 2 million, 90 unit assisted living facility that I have developed with no money. This system can be used anywhere in the world. Why do I say this? "Because the City of New York is equivalent to playing in a World All Star game of football or baseball, and if we can make real estate development in New York, you can do anywhere in the world," said John Norris gives me a 6 am breakfast meetings. In two days, they teach you the exact steps of how to deal with real estate, cut across theory and New Jersey Institute of Technology, Rutgers and the College of Engineering at the University of New York, in a management style that allows you to have success in the syndication of real estate investment and development. We dissect the real estate development for the project, dropped the package of rights to bid for control of the property upon the approval of the design, financing, using money from investors, the project development, project proposal Witting, Finance package preparation, approval of the Board of planning, engineering, construction, the entire development process. It may sound a lot to cover, but I assure you, is the first time on your bicycle or horse tried a new pair of shoes. It feels awkward to break up the drive or the practice of riding, is the neighborhood. Even if you are a true investor, or you want to know more about real estate, this course is for you. Why? Because it teaches you to think like the great from the start. It stretches your comfort zone, fun, easy and leaves you with sensory acuity have 25 years of hard work and education, if you're lucky. Tan. . Luck is when preparation meets opportunity!
